The No-Burn rule bans burning wood, pellets, and manufactured fire logs in any indoor or outdoor wood-burning device. * WHERE...The South Coast Air Basin, which includes Orange County and non-desert portions of Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
